Privacy Policy

Harbour City Software Pty Ltd (ABN 40 638 348 455) ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Six Again mobile application (the "App").
The short version: we don't collect personal information. The App uses anonymous accounts, anonymous analytics, and anonymous purchase tracking. We have no way to identify you without you contacting us and giving us information.
What we collect
We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The App handles the following anonymous, operational data:
- Anonymous account token — a randomly generated token stored in your device's keychain. It identifies your session with our servers but cannot be linked to you personally.
- Push and Live Activity tokens — provided by Apple when you enable notifications or to start a Live Activity. These are used solely to deliver score updates to your device.
- Anonymous analytics — we use TelemetryDeck to collect aggregated, anonymous usage data. No personal information, device identifiers, or IP addresses are collected.
- Anonymous purchase data — in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We use Superwall to track subscription status using anonymous transaction data from Apple. No personal information is collected.
How we use this data
All data collected is used solely to operate the App — delivering live scores, updating Live Activities, maintaining your anonymous session, improving the App through analytics, and tracking subscription status.
Data storage and security
Your account token is stored in your device's iOS keychain, which is encrypted. All data transmitted to our servers is sent over HTTPS. Our servers do not store any personally identifiable information. Some data may be processed overseas by our service providers.
Your choices
- Live Activities — end at any time from the Lock Screen or within the App.
- Delete your data — deleting the App removes your token from the device keychain, disassociating your device from the anonymous account. Server-side records for inactive accounts are periodically purged.
Children
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since all accounts are anonymous with no personal data, no age-specific information is collected.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
